Like almost every couple on the planet that are about to get married, they’ve decided to get themselves looking their absolute best for their special day.  I mean if you ask me, the two of them look like the perfect couple, and I’m sure they are.

They have decided to do a few things with there wedding to make everyone feel apart of their wedding day on the 26 June because they are giving everyone an opportunity to look and feel as good as them.  Really, they are giving everyone a chance to get really good looking for the Summer with their combined Wedding Workout program.  Vince DelMonte is a world class fitness expert.  He is a best-selling author of No Nonsense fitness products.  The guy has plenty to brag about believe me.  Then of course their is his fiance, Flavia, that is adding her portion of the program for the ladies that want to be equally (if not more) toned and fit for her wedding day.  After all they say it only comes once in a life time.
