Adam and Shane have Javier with them in the patrol car when they are called to transport an arrested man. So they have the Javier pretend to be a gang member because they don’t want to leave him in a bad neighborhood; he begins to act out based upon a previous scene in the movie where he and his brothers were in their own gang, the snake king gang!
